Michael Lupolover, Esq.

Managing Attorney

Mr. Lupolover is a successful attorney as well as an entrepreneur who has demonstrable concern for assisting consumers in financial distress and those being harassed by collection agencies. Mr. Lupolover previously served as a practitioner at a law firm specializing in legal collections and judgment enforcement. He has been personally responsible for overseeing the settlement of over $20 million dollars of consumer debt. He is married and is raising two children and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, and the District of Columbia as well as in New Jersey and New York Federal Courts. Mr. Lupolover is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law.

Simon Goldenberg, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Mr. Goldenberg is the supervising attorney at the New York branch of the Law Office of Michael Lupolover, P.C. He is passionate about consumer advocacy and specializes in debt resolution, collection defense, and bankruptcy. He is accredited as an expert in the field of Credit Scoring and Credit Restoration. Mr. Goldenberg's wide range of knowledge on credit issues enables him to search for nuances in credit law to provide clients with an optimal solution to their individual issues. Mr. Goldenberg is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey.  

Alla Gulchina, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Ms. Gulchina concentrates her practice in assisting consumers with violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. She uses her prior experience as an associate with a labor and employment law firm and as in-house counsel for a debt settlement company to provide consumers with relief from over zealous creditors. Ms.Gulchina is a graduate of Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as before the Federal Courts of the District of New Jersey.
